Go to bed on time
Lack of sleep can cause mental health. According to the Centres for Diseases Control and Prevention, 35.2% of adults in the US sleep for less than the recommended 8 hours. The exact linkage of sleep and mental health is not yet clear. Still, research shows that it could be as a result of a wide range of condition including obesity, heart diseases, diabetes, arthritis, depression and much more that are caused by lack of sleep. So, ensure that you get enough sleep each night (at least eight hours).
